Doctrinal Brief: Could Jesus Have Sinned?

Abstract

By examining the union of the two natures of Christ in this doctrinal brief, Professor Brug studies the question about if Jesus was able to sin or not. Jesus’ temptations were real and his divinity was also real. Both are true. Although we may not understand how Jesus could not have been able to sin while still being tempted, this is what Scripture presents.
