dc.description.abstract"Irregular worship attendance remains one of the most persistent and challenging pastoral concerns in ministry.   Congregations today have a wide range of strategies to reconnect inactive members and encourage regular worship attendance, including digital communication, small–group ministries, volunteer engagement, and peer–driven accountability systems. Each of these approaches offers genuine value for strengthening congregational relationships. This thesis will explore many ways a pastor can reach out to those who are inactive in worship. With a biblical foundation, pastoral interviews, and practical ministry experience from those who are interviewed, this study will explore how multiple outreach methods contribute to member retention, yet finds that personal presence rooted in Scripture remains the most effective means of addressing the deeper cause of inactivity."en_US
