dc.description.abstract | What does it mean to be a stumbling block in the church? There is both a good and bad way of being a stumbling block for the church. Being a stumbling block in the good sense will help people understand the truth about the Christian church and what they teach. Being a stumbling block in the bad sense might make people question if that church is for them. This paper will help people understand what it truly means to be a stumbling block and a good one in the church. This paper reveals how “stumbling block”is used in the Bible and the historical setting behind the word. This paper also brings present-day situations on being a good stumbling block rather than a bad one. | en_US |
