Abstract
1995 brought about a period of change in the WELS’ worker training system, as Northwestern College and Doctor Martin Luther College amalgamated, and people looked ahead to the 21st Century. With this paper, Pastor Braun aims to speak about pastoral ministry, and especially the training we ought to provide pastors as a synod, in light of these realities.
