Missiology – And the Two Billion
Abstract
At a missionaries’ conference in Malawi, Africa, 1973, E. H. Wendland reviews the humanistic missiological trends coming out of World Council of Churches especially at their Uppsala and Bangkok gatherings. He charts the unfortunate movement of many missions which promote a humanistic philosophy and emphasize social justice above the gospel. He ends with encouragement to preach the gospel in its wonderful fullness.
