The essayist is pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Dresden. The translator is Dr. John F. Sullivan, professor of German and philosophy at Northwestern College, Watertown, Wisconsin, from 1964 to 1984. Dr. Sullivan now lives in retirement in Milwaukee.	en_US
