The pastor serving his congregation will quickly realize his members are not all the same. They each come with their own challenges and blessings, and this is especially true as he serves a member with disabilities. The purpose of this paper is to provide the pastor with information and resources he can use and apply to his methods in order to connect with and communicate with these members so that he can best serve their spiritual needs. Such information will also benefit the pastor as it will help him to overcome some of the challenges involved in serving these members of his congregation and genuinely view them as souls in need of the gospel.en_US
