Pastor Ruppel presents his examination of Luther’s ongoing (as opposed to sudden) “Tower experience.” In light of Luther’s developing thought, demonstrated by his notes on his sequential study of the Psalms, Ruppel demonstrates that Luther came to a knowledge of forensic justification which reached its climax in his study of Psalm 71.
