    Abstract
A brief on Paul’s encouragement to the Thessalonians (and to us) to sanctified living in a Christian marriage. In the process, Professor Zell examines the issue of the translation of verse four which has been rendered in three different ways--acquire a wife, control one's own body, and learn to live with one's wife.
