dc.description.abstract	This paper was written is response to a 1965 revision of an LCMS document entitled Theology of Fellowship. After a thorough word study of the usage of the New Testament word for heresy, the author examines heresy as defined by the Church fathers, particularly Augustine and Luther. In each case the author looks at how Theology of Fellowship approaches the definition of heresy in light of these theologians.	en_US
