    Abstract
Our God is a hidden God, but he is also a God who reveals himself in the most ordinary of ways. Our God takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary. He has taken ordinary people and he gives them a calling in life. Through these many and varied callings God provides for his people. Not only have we been given a station in life, but we also have been called to show forth God’s praises. By using the life of Abraham as an illustration, Degner shows us the beauty of the calling that God has planned for each of us.
