Report and Recommendation of Staff Ministry

Abstract

“A joint committee, consisting of members from the Conference of Presidents, the Board for Parish Services and the Board for Worker Training was formed in the spring of 1990 to follow up on previous studies regarding staff ministry in the WELS. This is that report with recommendation, proposed for consideration and adoption at the 1991 Synodical convention.”
