Man and Woman in God's World: An Expanded Study

Abstract

“At the direction of synod the conference of Presidents appointed a committee to prepare a pamphlet on the role of man and woman according to Holy Scripture. The resolution specified that it be done in readily understood language. In response to this directive “Man and Women in God’s World” was prepared and released in 1985. In the early stages of its work the committee resolved, however, that it would also prepare an additional booklet that would be of special interest to those who wish to do more intensive study in this area. This expanded work is herewith offered to the members of the synod by the Conference of President.”
