A compilation of seven essays that were presented to the third triennial convention of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Conference, held at Winter Haven, Florida, April 20-22, 1999. The theme of that convention was "Come, Holy Spirit, God and Lord." This edited and unified document was approved at the 2005 convention.
